President and CEO Stephen Derman, CIH, FAIHA, has been awarded an American Industrial Hygiene Association - AIHA Fellow for exemplary contributions to occupational health & safety and the profession of industrial hygiene.
Mr. Derman, a Certified Industrial Hygienist, is recognized as an authority on occupational health, safety, OSHA standards, applications, and requirements. Mr. Derman has been a member of the CAL-OSHA Feasibility Advisory Committee (a division of the CAL-OSHA Standards Board) and ongoing contributer to the CAL-OSHA Health Expert Advisory Committee (HEAC). With degrees in Occupational Health & Safety and Microbiology, Mr. Derman develops and implements best practices applications to risk management, health and safety program management, Joint Commission, and environmental programs. Steve interprets and implements regulatory requirements, and conducts numerous audits, inspections, surveys, and communication & training programs. Nationally and internationally, Steve has lectured on safety and health issues, hazardous materials management, infectious diseases, risk management & safety programs, as well as authoring numerous book chapters, papers, and other publications.
Mr. Derman is the Past Chairman of the American Industrial Hygiene Association's Exposure & Control Banding Committee, the Biosafety & Environmental Microbiology Committee, as well as AIHA's Health Care Working Group. He is Past President of the American Industrial Hygiene Association's Northern California Section. In January 2013, he has been one of two representatives from AIHA's Northern California Section to the California Industrial Hygiene Council. He is a Liaison between the American Industrial Hygiene Association and the American Biological Safety Association (ABSA).
He is also a member of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists, American Society of Safety Professionals, the American Society for Healthcare Engineering, and the Association of Professionals in Infection Control & Prevention.
Jere Ingram, CIH, CSP, FAIHA, is a Principal Consultant. He is recognized as an authority on occupational health, safety, OSHA standards, applications, and requirements. Mr. Ingram is a past Chairman of the California Occupational Safety Health Standards Board, which is the sole standards-setting agency for occupational health and safety regulations in California. This is the core of the state’s OSHA Safety and Health Program. The position was directly accountable to the Governor of California.

With degrees in Industrial & Environmental Hygiene and Biology, Mr. Ingram develops and implements best practice applications for risk management, health and safety program management, machine guarding, radiation safety, occupational injury prevention, office ergonomics, manual material handling, indoor air quality, mold, lead, hazardous material management and process safety management. He has a unique ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements and has conducted numerous audits, inspections, surveys, and communication - training programs. He has lectured on safety and health issues, hazardous material management, biosafety, risk management & safety programs, as well as authoring numerous books, papers, and other publications.
Mr. Ingram is the Past Chairman of the American Industrial Hygiene Association's Biological and Occupational Environmental Medicine Committees He is also a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the American Industrial Hygiene Association. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a Certified Safety Professional. Mr. Ingram is a Fellow of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (FAIHA).
